Emotional intelligence is one of the most essential skills a person must have in the modern era. Through my experience in life coaching, I have noticed that many problems do not arise from circumstances themselves, but from a lack of ability to understand and manage emotions.
Emotional intelligence means first understanding my own emotions and learning how to deal with them without being controlled by them. It also means being able to understand others’ emotions and interact with them in a conscious and respectful way. This skill alone can significantly transform the quality of relationships, whether personal or professional.
When a person’s emotional intelligence increases, they become calmer under pressure and more capable of resolving conflicts without escalation. Communication becomes clearer and deeper, and misunderstandings decrease significantly.
I believe that successful relationships are not built on words alone, but on emotional awareness, active listening, and genuine empathy for others.
