From my perspective as a life coach, I consider self-awareness the fundamental foundation of any real human development. A person cannot change their life without truly understanding themselves—without facing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without denial or justification. Many people seek change externally, while the truth is that change begins within.
Self-awareness means being present with oneself, observing reactions, and understanding why one behaves in certain ways in specific situations. When a person reaches this level of awareness, they become capable of making more conscious decisions and start breaking long-standing negative patterns.
I believe every human has the ability to rebuild themselves if they have the courage to face who they are. Awareness is not a luxury; it is a responsibility toward life and oneself. With every step of awareness, you move closer to your best version.
